"Not bad"
Generally ok. We were in a family room. Very convenient for the train station (literally across the road). 7/11 about 200m away. Restaurants a little further, maybe 1km.

"Won't be back"
Other than the location, service from the front desk sucks. Very black face and no smiles whenever we walk past. If given another newer hotel at the same location, I don't think I will come back...
