For Tay Ninh, which has very few options, Victory Hotel is clean and secure. The f&b was closed but they did not update website for booking. I hope they will resume full service once tourists return...

Rooms are spacious and clean. For a small town hotel in vietnam, it is value for money. Breakfast buffet was pretty basic but they did have a variety of food. It was a pleasant stay overall...
