Fluffy, but horrible ! Flatter the longer you use it ! No fam in bathroom. Ugh Shower door doesn’t latch, leaks on bath mat & floor, Said 2 queen beds, NOT Queen platform?full size mattress...

"Lovely, clean, safe, accommodating."
Clean and no gross carpet. The staff was nice. Beds were comfortable. No mold and mildew on caulk in bathroom. Everything in the room worked well.
