"Friendly Hotel with a hometown feel"
Staff was amazingly friendly from check-in to check out. The friendly housekeeping staff that said good morning and asked how your stay was and if they could get you anything. Bed was so comfy

"Clean and comfortable room at a good price - don't be fooled by the plain outside"
The outside looks too plain and the lounge and lobby look scruffy. Don't be fooled by the outside.
But the room is top quality in this price range. Beds, linens, and bathroom all felt new...
