"Unsatisfactory"
Despite best efforts of cleaning staff who were without exception hard working and lovely this place needs seriously updating on furnishings and fittings.
As a now retired hotelier it was disgusting...

"Value for money"
Stayed handful of times here now. It's good value for money. The location is really great as it's only couple minutes walk away from the beach and town centre.
All the staff are always friendly...
