"Exceeded expectations"
Generally exceeded our expectations. Room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and in good condition. Service, while basic, was good when it mattered.

"Beautiful room and good value"
First time to LUMA, but for sure not the first Design Hotel experience, so we know (unlike some reviewers) that Marriott Bonvoy benefits are limited.
Check in friendly, no upgrade proactively...
