"Great hotel missing some basics."
Great hotel in a great location. They lack a basic coffee pot in the lobby though and any type of laundry service. Pack accordingly

"Beautiful hotel - fabulous service."
Did a fantastic job of handling reservations for 16 people, one of them autistic. So thoughtfully taken care of. Everything was spotlessly clean.
