"Over priced, poor facilities. Room had a used cotton bud and used stick on eyelashes which my baby had put in its mouth"
We stayed here during the April holidays. Asked for a 30 minute early check in which they declined.
Bags then took another 40 mins to get to our room.

Excellent, wonderful stay, Staff were really excellent, attentive, always happy to help . Beautiful Hotel can’t wait to return.
