"Great value only if it was quiet"
The tourists have ruined this hotel. The noise. Consistently have families running in the hallway. This time, I had a family that had their kid(s) just kicking the walls nonstop.

"Great value if the location is right for you"
Excellent value! There is a 7-eleven downstairs and the staff was very friendly during check-in. Block away from Don Quijote and there's an all-you-can eat shabu downstairs too.
