"Poorly maintained room-dirty"
This smoke free room had cigarette ash dumped into the bathtub. The floors were dirty. The bedsheet had a hole. No blanket on bed. No kleenex. No iron with the iron board.

"Husband cut leg on bed that had filthy sheets"
Most gross place we walked into. Dirty sheets, cat food, dirty soap on floor. We went to rude receptionist and left.
No money back. They took our money no reimbursement.
