"Fell short on cleanliness"
Was our first visit to the location. We were comfortable not having room items like a coffee pot, microwave, or mini fridge. The general area may not be ritzy... however, we never felt unsafe at all...

"Terrible stay"
Checked in they had wrong credit card # said it was declined. Didn't even have the cc they said. Gave them my cc never got a receipt. Computers were down.every time we left our room we were locked...
