"Constructive Criticism"
Please get rid of odour/smell on all levels and in lifts. Apparently caused by painting walls or new carpet, reflects badly on a good hotel.

"Good Stay"
The Stay was very good; rooms were clean and room well equipped with all kitchen amenities.
The apartment is in close proximity to Penrith Railway Station, easier to commute to Sydney city.

"Disappointed"
Quest Penrith needs to be better managed. Some workers cleaners and reception need training in executing quality and control. The manager's needs to take responsibility and review the quality is up...
