"Good but could be better, not bad for the money i suppose."
Price was good for the money, suppose to be a double room but 2 singles pushed together, meal deal was worth it but a few missing items off menu. Friendly and helpful staff.

"Lovely hotel in the centre of Chester"
Three days, two nights vacation with friends in Chester. The Grosvenor was the perfect place to stay.

"Probably the worst premier inn I've ever stayed at"
The room was absolutely filthy, drain in the shower so blocked up that it took about half a minute before I was standing in a several cm deep pool of water. Service in the dining area is terrible...
