The receptionist told me it was ok to cancel if i did it right away. I was forced to to phone you and you phoned the receptionist back to confirm that cancel was ok. The answer was ok.

Dålig information och ljuger. Lovsde mig avbokning och pengar tillbaka. Nu säger de att det inte är möjligt fast receptionist bekräftat till Expedia (hotel.com)

Hotel mal sice dobru polohu , ale zariadenie a kupelna potrebuju akutnu rekonstrukciu, myslim ze v Presove su o moc lepsie moznosti ubytovania,
