"Mirage of 5 stars"
Hotel is claiming 5 stars but in fact even 4 stars is too much for the present situation. Entering the lobby you wander if they heard about "Interior design".

"Worst breakfast and dinner experience"
Dinner and breakfast were terrible. 4/5 star hotel had 1 star food items. Very bad quality and very limited options and main course was a complete bad experience.
