"No excuse not to be 5* everytime"
A modern hotel, right on the sea front, should always be 5* - quite simply put, the reason we did not award 5* was a clear and distinct lack of leadership/management throughout!

"Just about acceptable"
The hotel is on the sea front about 70 mtrs from the pier and beach. Check-in was OK but got stung for £15 per night parking. Local council car park not far away was only around £10. Rooms are OK we...
