"Hotel ok and services needs to be improved"
I arrived in the hotel around mid-night. The check-in took's almost 40 min. When I arrived at the room, there was no towels, TV control and pillows. I asked 2x to the reception to bring the items...

Hotel com uma boa infra-estrutura.
Café da manhã é pago a parte, conta com um buffet bem variado.
Janta, sugiro um prato mais simples.
Tem mercado por perto.

"Existe opções melhores em Americana."
Hotel bem básico, em frente ao hotel tem um a galeria com opções para alimentação, café da manhã precisa melhorar, creio que em Americana tem opções melhores de hospedagem com custo semelhante.
