The room was not prepared. The shower screen was filthy. The coffee station had no coffee. Room service was not delivered.

"Good transit hotel"
Good transit option for Taoyuan Tapei Airport. Have changed to Hyatt brand from Accor Novatel, quite expensive and prices seem to have risen but rooms the same. Rooms comfortable and clean...

"Best hotel to catch an early flight"
5 minutes to the airport by shuttle every half hour. Nice room for flight watching and quiet. Right by the airport subway connecting the high speed railway station and Taipei.
