I have stayed in lots of route inn in Japan
They great beds, buffet western and eastern breakfast plus they have Onsen which are included in the prices
They also have free car parking as well...

"場所はちょっと不便かも。車なら問題なしです。"
仙台中心部から地下鉄で行き、15分くらい歩かないといけない。周りは郊外店が歩いても15分にコンビニや食べ物屋もある。部屋はとても綺麗。
