"古くてコスパの悪いホテル"
建物・設備が古く使い勝手が悪い。1階の入り口に数段の階段があり荷物があるとツライ。長岡駅から近いのが唯一の利点。

"びっくり対応のホテル"
出張利用で4泊予約しました。予約サイトの見出しに「駐車場＆ランドリーあり」との宣伝文あり。滞在中に日々車で移動する為、駐車場の確保は必須でしたので「隣接の立体駐車場有」の当ホテルを予約しました。ネット予約時に「駐車場を利用する車種と台数」の質問が有り、「ホンダ ライフ 1台」と回答入力。予約確定後に駐車場は有料である事を詳細案内より知る。いや、隅々まで小さな文字の説明文を読まなかった私が悪いんです...
