"Pleasant place to rest"
They facilitate onsen which useful in cold weather. Eventhough not five star hotel, but their bed was comfortable. Also their staff very friendly and helpful when my sensei were is halal food...

"Very nice room and excellent staff"
The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood not far from Route 27. It’s in a good location, with the covered shopping street a couple of blocks away and a street with a number of the better restaurants also...

"Nice staff but disappointing onsen"
Pros
- Staff are helpful although with limited English.
- complimentary coffee and green tea most of the day
- Rooms are spacious
- We dined in a very nice Japanese style room in their restaurant...
