"Awfull customer service"
The hotel was otherwise okay but the customer service was horrible. I was not the only one traveling for the event having some kind of problem with their booking. Here is some of my experiences...

"Overpriced not worth it."
Was a disappointing stay not as good as other holiday inns we have stay in, the staff were friendly but we booked a double bedroom but it was two single mattresses together and they kept coming away...
