"極度失望！高昂房價卻換來衛生失控、服務跳票與混亂體驗"
本懷著對瑞穗天合高品質服務的期待入住，但整體的體驗簡直是一場災難。這裡的收費屬於國內頂級渡假飯店，但服務品質與營運細節卻遠遠不及格，完全對不起它的房價。
1. 客房衛生極差，處置極度敷衍
一進房就在浴室看到一大坨前人留下的毛髮，令人反感。反映後竟然只派一個人前來「徒手抓走」就完事，後續沒有任何致歉或合理的補償。國際級飯店的衛生與危機處理竟然是這種水準？
