Great location out of town,great staff, but did not recognize my bonvoy status and it was Easter weekend, no decorations no treats very disappointed, staff did upgrade to suite which is very nice...

"Spending time in Spokane with family"
The girls at check-in were absolutely amazing. Sunny and Lorelei helped us out. Got us a super nice room close to a door since both of us have a hard time walking. It was so convenient.
