"Great location, comfortable place"
Sydney House is an easy walk to the Tube, Kings Road, Hyde Park and lots of great shops and pubs. The staff was outstanding, we would definitely stay our next time in London.

"Customer Service Poor"
Location and room good. Customer service poor. Check in poor. And still waiting for a reply to my email to the manager on 1st April. Very disappointing. Will not recommend.
