Descripcion Situated in Stalos and comprises of 2 Villas sharing a 72 sqm swimming pool. With views over the countryside and to the sea, which is only approx. 600 m away. The houses are surrounded by gardens, with a parking area. Around the pool, there are sun loungers. Further there is a shallow end for children and a garden shower available.The nearest mini market and a bus stop can be found at a distance of 600 -700 m. There is a popular taverna/restaurant, just approx. 100 metres away from the apartments. Each Villas comprises of an apartment on the raised ground floor and an apartment on the upper floor. A: Each apartment has a bathroom, two bedrooms, one with a double and one with twin beds, built in wooden wardrobes, air conditioning, and a balcony. There is a modern open plan living/dining area with a satellite TV. The open plan kitchenette has a fridge/freezer, full size cooker, a coffee machine, along with a dining table and chairs. An additional bed can be added in the living room for a 5th person. B: Further there is on request an apartment on the semi basement available, which is also suitable for 4-5 persons. It comprise two bedrooms, (1 x twin, 1 x dbl bed), a living area with kitchenette. This apartment has no A/C, but due to its’ position it is cool in the summer.
