Advertised as a 5 star, more like 3 star.
Rooms are dirty, dusty.
Air con was noisy and rattle.
Staff were rude.
No staff spoke English, had to use chat gtp to order a drink.

"Poor"
Very dated hotel, the room was like a prison cell (not what we expecting), the food was bland and repetitive, a lot of rude people around the place. 3-Star at very best.
